Refund policy

Returns can be requested within 30 days of getting your item.

Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived, not worn or used, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If a return is accepted because the product is defective or broken, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on where to send the package. For other returns, shipping fees may apply according to standard policies. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. Additional details such as a photo or video may be requested to process your return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return what was received, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, there is a right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, not worn or used, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Notification will be sent once the return has been received and inspected, confirming whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an item arrives not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.
