When Will My Order Ship Out?
Orders are sent within 1-3 business days, plus the delivery times shown above.
Order Tracking
After the order ships, an e-mail with a tracking number will be sent (it may take 24-48 hours to start showing updates).
Undeliverable or Abandoned Packages
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of a wrong address given by the customer, missed delivery tries, or if the package is left unclaimed by the carrier (like if the customer doesn't pick it up from the post office), the cost of sending it again or the package itself is not our responsibility. In these cases, extra shipping or restocking charges may apply. To have the package sent again, contact us at hello@petalway.com.
Incorrect Addresses
If the wrong delivery address was given, contact us right away at hello@petalway.com. We will try our best to change the delivery address, but we can't promise it will be possible. If the order has already shipped, costs or problems from the wrong address are not our responsibility. Any extra shipping costs for rerouting or reshipping the package will be the customer's responsibility.
Need Help?
If the order hasn't had a tracking update in a while, it's usually because of a shipping company error, and it should still arrive within the times listed above.

* Make sure the items in the order are picked correctly because, after shipping, they can't be stopped or canceled while in transit. If the decision is made not to keep the order or part of it after it arrives, the 30-day return policy applies.
